Written Narratives
These written stories and others to come are the heart and soul of Organizing Graffiti: our memories, stories, and lessons learned from organizing that we hope are instructive, entertaining, and useful. We built community and labor organizations of inspiring grassroots people, often Black women, and in the process, they taught us a great deal about organizing.
A lot of people think "stuff just happens." What makes organizers different is we know it's the people who make stuff happen–organized people, acting strategically.
